Richard Boddie (pronounced “body”) is the President and Founder of The Motivators, a professional speakers bureau in Huntington Beach, and is also an adjunct professor in political science teaching American government and politics. and also current issues at Coastline Community College in Fountain Valley, California in addition to being an Independent Associate with LEGAL SHIELD, and a known raconteur and idealogue.

He has been affiliated with a whole host of groups, companies, institutions and associations over many years: as the “Citizen Advocate” a PBS sponsored television ombudsman program on WCNY-TV in Syracuse, NY, as an officer with Lincoln Rochester Trust Company, in sales with Eastman Kodak Company, New York Life Insurance Company, Wells Fargo Bank; administration with Xerox Corporation; as a associate director for the National Center For Dispute Settlement of the American Arbitration Association; as the first Director of Admissions at the new Chapman University School of Law in 1995; as host of the talk radio show “Black To White” on WAXC-AM in Rochester, N.Y., and as a New York State Administrative Hearing Officer prior to moving to California.
