Pursuant to the Education Employment Relations Act, the Coast Community College District (District) and the Coast Community College Association/CTA/NEA, hereby agree as follows:

Beginning July 1, 2013, and continuing thereafter, each step in the Part-Time Instructor salary schedule shall be increased each fiscal year after adoption of the State budget by an amount equal to the percentage increase received by the District from the State as its funded Cost of Living Adjustment (COLA).
