Coast CCA has endorsed Trustee Lorraine Prinsky in the upcoming election. Dr. Prinsky has pointed out that she was the only Board member who voted for parity pay for adjunct faculty.  She worked with Assembly Member Medina on AB1690.  She has spoken up at Board meetings about how she thinks that adjunct faculty are treated like second class citizens and that this needs to change.  She was also instrumental to CCA leaders several years in dealing with important issues. She also has the support of the leaders of CFE and CFCE—official endorsements from both groups are pending.  Furthermore, she completed the Candidate Training academy at OC Labor.
