The CTA Economic Benefits Trust provides the CTA Well-Baby Program to eligible CTA members or to a spouse/domestic partner of eligible CTA members at no additional cost. An eligible CTA member is one who participates in the CTA Voluntary Group Life or Disability Insurance Plan. The Well-Baby participant must also be within the first twenty weeks of their pregnancy.
